I am not overly certain as to whether or not smelly feet are newsworthy - though the power house that is the EDP seemed to think so. Taking my Italina spaghetti and garlic bread themed shoe clips and turning it into a news item here http://www.edp24.co.uk/news/norwich-footwear-designer-milly-j-gives-new-meaning-to-smelly-feet-with-garlic-bread-inspired-creations-1-5003246

A fabulous day was had for Norwich's, Most Curious Wedding Fair. Which is also held in London. The wedding fair of course for the style savvy individual. Exhibiting alongside other quirky suppliers and designers, the day was full of a magnificent buzz, also helped along by the glorious sunshine we were lucky to have!

Marcia, the manager of the Tannery's Norwich branch popped into my shop a few weeks ago and was in awe of my designs. She immediately said that she would like to offer my shop some support and suggested that I bring some of my designs into the Tannery for them to display.
As of next week, you'll be able to view some of my feather inspired shoes in their store for you to enquire about. Generously, Marcia will also put up a little blurb about my shoes alongside the designs!
This is to not only mark their exciting move from the Arcade to Exchange Street, but will be the start of Milly J Shoes within this luxury environment!

One of the biggest footwear awards in the world, the event sees the innovative and forward thinking brands and individuals of the footwear world! With last year's winner being Jimmy Choo's creative director and designer, Sandra Choi! So to be considered within this awards ceremony is a true honour.

A wonderful day was had in Norwich's well-known Forum for the annual, Spring Wedding Fair!
An intimate setting for many a bride and groom to be; including other members of the public in the iconic setting of the Forum in the heart of Norwich.
Other exhibitors included Lou Lou Loves - Vintage decor hire and many a florist and cake maker. High end, sophistacted and full of buzz was the name of the day.
Of course, I was there with my bridal shoes and am getting somewhat better at decorating my stall - there's certainly an art to it! With the help of my mother as pictured, we got there!
The next Milly J wedding show will be next month! Stay tuned for that.
