Our footwear privacy policy details how, Milly J Shoes as a sole business collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information and data. Such as, names, addresses, payment information, browsing habits for orders. Marketing, and analytics, outlining your rights to access, correct, or delete data and usually involves third parties for delivery (such as Royal Mail), payments, with opt-out options for marketing, under laws like GDPR.

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can visit our website, and order and buy goods through our online delivery service.

This website is owned and operated by Emily Jupp FRSA.

Please read through these terms and conditions carefully before using this website, and also read our Privacy Policy regarding your personal information.

This website is intended for use by UK adult consumers only and for delivery within the UK.

We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time, but in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when placing your order.

Pricing

Milly J Shoes has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website. In particular we try to ensure that all prices shown are accurate. 

Pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling. All prices are inclusive of sales tax where appropriate but do not include delivery charges.

How an Order is Processed

After you have placed an order with us, we will send an email acknowledgement of that order to your designated email address. This email is a confirmation and receipt of your order.

If after we have confirmed your order we discover any unforeseen reason as to why we cannot complete it, we will cancel your order, in full or in part, and advise you by email, text or phone call, and refund when necessary.

Availability 

Our receipt of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods which you have offered to purchase we will tell you as quickly as possible and a full refund will be given. Please note that dispatch estimates are not guaranteed and that dispatch times should not be relied upon as such.

Payment

Payment can be made using the following major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Electron. Payments can also be made via PayPal. Please note: as of 28th Feb 2011, we no longer accept Solo as a method of payment.

Klarna Payment

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

• Pay later.
• Pay in 3.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information K;arnas privacy statement. 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The agreement between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the jurisdiction of English courts.

These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions.

Delivery

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.

We can either deliver your order to an address of your choice or The maids Head Hotel, Norwich. The delivery address must be in the UK or Ireland, and hold a valid postcode. 

For home delivery, the delivery charge is the same, irrespective of the number of items ordered. 

Standard Delivery

For mainland UK and Northern Ireland there is a standard home delivery charge of £10.00 for online orders. Delivery is within 3 - 4 after the shoe clips have been created. Please allow for up to a month for your clips to be created, as they are bespoke and not off the shelf. working days for mainland UK and Northern Ireland, and within seven days for outlaying areas.

DPD Next Day Delivery

The Next Day Delivery service applies on orders placed before 7pm Sunday - Friday for delivery the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Monday. The Next Day Delivery service is only available in areas as specified by our courier service. If the service is not available in your area it will not be shown as an option once you have selected your delivery address. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Deliveries are normally made Monday-Sunday from 8am-6:30pm (excluding Bank Holidays). You will receive a confirmation of dispatch to your chosen email account and you can track your package using the online postage platform service.

Delivery Delays

Please be aware that during peak trading times it may take 1 - 2 days longer for your order to arrive due to material collection. If you have any questions about the delivery of your order, please call our customer care team on +447465684441. Lines are open Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 3pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm (Bank Holiday openings may differ please see our contact us page for more details).

Return by post

You can return any items to us at any Post Office or Evri drop off point. Postal return charges are within your jurisdiction and Milly J Shoes asks that you pay for the return of the goods exactly as they were when they arrived. From here we will be able to discuss the return policy if we deem suitable. 

If you experience any difficulties with returning goods please contact us. 

All of this is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Returns

We do not accept faulty goods as a return, as the goods were delivered to you as an intact, working mechanism. 

Right to Cancel this Agreement

Under the Consumer Contracts regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your agreement with Milly J Shoes within a period of 14 calendar days. This period begins the day after you receive the goods. Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of your cancellation request. If your order has already been dispatched then you will need to either refuse delivery or return the goods. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product. Goods must be returned before a refund will be processed and the product must be returned in its original condition.

How Milly J Shoes Can Cancel this Agreement

We reserve the right to cancel the order if:

• We have insufficient stock to fulfil your order
• We are unable to obtain payment
• We do not deliver to your area
• A product fault or an error in the product description has been identified

Accuracy of Content

We have made every effort to ensure that the products are fairly described, that the product information is correct, and that the colours of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will vary with the quality of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately reflect the colour of the product requested on delivery. We also mention that colours may vary due to the bespoke nature of the making of the shoes and shoe clips. No colours are extraordinarily different.

If, on receiving ordered goods, you have any cause for dissatisfaction you may return them via our contact page.

We may establish general practices and limits concerning the use of the website and the services we provide, including limits to the size and number of any messages that have been sent, or the duration that any messages may be stored on our website. We are entitled to delete any material from our website at any time, and we will not be liable for deleting or not storing any material that you may transmit to us.

Damage to your computer

Milly J Shoes makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from defects or viruses. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use the correct equipment when using the website, and to protect from anything that may damage it.

Links to other Websites

We take no responsibility for the content or operation of third party websites that you may access following links from this website. We strongly advise that you read the privacy policy and terms and conditions relating to any third party websites that you visit.

We do not hold any responsibility for any site, or its content, that has chosen to link to us.

Gift Cards 

The risk in any gift card shall pass to you upon delivery by our delivery service partners. The gift card remains the property of Milly J Shoes and may not be tampered or interfered with, without Milly J Shoesconsent. If a gift card is found, please return it to the nearest Milly J Shoes store.

Milly J Shoes makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect of Gift Cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
